Does anyone know if there are going to be changes for 2014 for Audit? I am thinking about pushing my test back to the beginning of January. It is currently scheduled for Nov 27, but I am feeling nervous. I switch to Yaeger from Becker and don't feel like I am understanding the material as well. So I am thinking about doing Becker again once I finish going through Yaeger and the Wiley book. Any ideas?

@svwCPA72 – Depending on how much you've already studied, you should try to take it in this testing window! It'll save you a little money and you won't have wasted all those hours studying. I took 7 weeks to study AUD, and it wasn't until the last 2 weeks that I really start “learning” it all – actually understanding the concepts (mainly notetaking the first 5 weeks). You still have good study time left. I used the Ninja Audio notes, which helped me IMMENSELY. If you can really concentrate on the audio, it really helps solidify the other materials you're using. Good luck!

I'm scheduled to take audit 12/3. This could be it for me! I just went through every lecture and rewrote every highlight, additional notes on any page, and pass-key. I also read flash cards on chapters 3&4 during. My arm feels like it's gonna fall off. Now I'm gonna tackle the MCQ and sims 1 chapter at a time. I have ninja notes and already read them twice. I know it's over kill but I'm trying to not have to retake this and be done. I've had no life for a year! Do you guys think that 4 weeks is enough time to knock out all MCQs and sims and review? God I hope so. So far sampling was the only one that was hard for me. I'm gonna go over my notes like crazy before I do chap 4 MCQs. Maybe I should pave myself?

I just took audit this morning. I thought it was a fair exam, in that it didn't focus on any one topic much at all. My biggest piece of advice, which I often hear throughout the forums, is to leave plenty of time for your simulations (2 hours in my case) AND utilize the authoritative literature for EVERYTHING. Of course you use it for your research topics, but in the other simulations I literally was able to find the answers verbatim searching through the literature. This worked for over 20 fill in the blanks. Needless to say I was THRILLED lol. Mind you, I honestly answered the questions first, but with an hour left I had time to scour and I'm so glad I did.
