Took AUD yesterday and my experience was similar to @gt5717b above.

@Jsingh23 – For final review I hit MCQ's pretty hard and went over both my own notes and Ninja notes. I went through the AICPA released MCQ's and SIMSs, and then covered any areas that I felt weak in. I also went through the AICPA example test.

I had one crazy exam on my first attempt, but my second exam seemed more manageable. I actually got to use AL on a couple of SIMS. I'll be moving to the REG thread.

Forgive me what does AL stand for? I think you guys are referring to the research questions?

I spoke to an ancient wise man who sent me on a mushroom induced journey through an ancient forest to find the key to passing the CPA exam. A talking spider monkey told me to throw the last of my drinking water in the dirt to find what I was looking for. So I followed his instructions and the following message appeared in the soil:

"Do 5000 multiple choice questions for each section"

For anyone who has taken AUD already, how much time do you recommend leaving for the SIMS? I left about 1h 45 for FAR and didn't really use the research function for anything besides the research questions.

Is it relatively the same? Or do you think it will require more time to do extensive research for many of the questions.

    Thank you in advance.

Getting ready to take auditing again this weekend. Lets hope 4th time is the charm after a 74, 74 and 73! I could nearly write the practice questions at this stage!

    Hey fellow NINJAs,

I take AUD in 3 days, any advice on what to do the final three days??

But the main question i have is, i am using Becker and realizing that i get the ratios wrong on the SIM because i did my calculations in the excel they provided and it didn't round to 2 digits.

Do i need to round to only 2 digits after the decimal on the Exam?
