@ Codwater – I have the exact same feelings on the research SIMS in Becker. I am going to practice them to death. They are a huge part of the reason I broke down and bought the 10 point combo, so I would have extra practice with the WTB.

Is the AL in WTB better than becker's? Does anyone know this because the AL for AUD in Becker sucks…

@CPATaxed The AL in WTB is even worse. There's not even a “Search Within” function. Thankfully, the AL on the actual exam is better than both Becker and WTB.

@ barelystayinsane was there a lot of MC questions related to Financial Ratios and New Standards? any Sims on Financial Ratios? I have been through the book twice and have taken detailed notes….. I have been going through my notes and flashcards and then answering MCQ. What else do you recommend me doing in the final 10 days before my test…I am taking it on the 15th and its really starting to hit me….

Anyone have any advice on how they are reviewing…. with only a couple weeks left for everyone in the October window

@Jsingh23 We aren't allowed to discuss what we were and were not tested on. I would just work as many MCQs as you can before the exam. Knowing how the AICPA likes to ask questions is good prep, especially for this exam. I would also say go through the book one more time over the next 10 days just to keep it fresh in your head.

Got an early and running start this morning. Wrapped up the reading and note taking for chapter 3 (in Becker). Sitting down now, about to go through the practice questions I missed and printed out from throughout the week. My plan for the second half of the day is to go back through and do the simulations in the homework. I will end my day with some questions from WTB. Anyone spending the day with audit study materials? How did the test go for those taking it today?

@barelystayinsane. Thanks for the advice…Yeah I'm doing about over 150 questions a day…and trying to keep everything fresh for the last ten days. I heard the questions are very similar to Becker…so I'm trying to do as much of them as possible.

Does anyone know when we will get our 2014 supplies from Becker….I ordered Audit and Far for 2013…not really sure if I want to start Far next haha
