ROACHMember@GodsSport, thanks for the tip. I'm was planning to rewrite my notes twice but might just do one round and then try to read through planning, evidence, and reporting 2-3 times.

10keyLeahMemberI'm back in the AUD study thread. Unfortunately, I failed AUD with a 69. The SIMS crushed me, and I'm not really sure how to go about re-studying for that. I didn't get a single SIM where AL was helpful. This fail really took a bite out of my confidence level.
I plan to re-sit for AUD the first part of October. Is re-studying for AUD in 4 weeks reasonable or crazy?

peetreeMember@DC I think we probably had a very similar test and I'm pretty sure I know the sim you're talking about because I too had a question on mine that I was just floored on.

AnonymousInactive10key…I think 4 weeks is plenty enough time…you were sooo close!! Don't lose hope!!! Not sure if you saw my post earlier but I couldn't use AL for my sims either and I'm also almost 100% positive that I got my research wrong. Watch all the videos again and do TONS of MCQ!! The key to AUD is those MCQ. Focus on understanding those concepts!! The rest will fall into place. If you struggled on Sims make sure you try and give yourself extra time.

MiaParticipant10Key Casaberger yes 4 weeks is enough time. Give yourself more than 5 weeks and I think you'll start forgetting the stuff you studied for your first test. You want to retain as much info as possible (even from the time when you got a 69). On the brighter side, I find AUD much easier to study for now that I've looked at all the info twice.
Can anyone help me with a simple question? When dealing with external confirmations and you get an exception, is there a general rule on
1. when you verify more information
2. when you can note an exception and make adjustments right away?
I got this sim in Gleim and don't understand it. I thought you always verify the information from the exception first before you note an exception and make adjustments.
BEC 82 Nov 2012 | REG 80 Feb 2013 | FAR 76!!! Apr 2013 | AUD 69 May 2013 | AUD 83!!! Aug 2013
Done!! Thanks Jeff & A71 friends!

KenadaMemberOh no 10key! 🙁 ………………….. I totally understand how you feel. I sat AUD 4 times and finally made it. My advise is don't give up. Start by re-writing your own notes for AUD, if possible supplement your Wiley Test bank with another if you have memorized the questions in Wiley Test bank. If possible listen to the Ninja MP3 audio whilst you are driving or vacuuming the house etc. The only way to concur the SIM is knowing your material very well.
FAR 05/27/14; 786/110 - Done !
