I was wondering this as well.I discovered Ninja too late in studying for my second attempt at Audit, and I didn't pass. I did do well on topics that I did have time to cover with Ninja, though, so I'm hoping it will help me on my third attempt. Planning to take it the last week of January or first week of February, depending on what time slots are available when I schedule.

(07) being the Code of Professional Conduct on a “Covered member”

If so, I'm going to cry out some dollar signs….

Yes, you have to know the contents in the introduction, scope and opinion paragraph for each type of report.

The possibility of facing these kind of questions are 50/50.

It will be of great help if you know how to use the AL.
