Has any one attempted AICPA sample test.I really cannot understand how to answer this particular inventory sim on sample test . I tried to copy and paste it here, but the system did not allowed me to do that. Can someone explain me inventory sims on AICPA website. I really do not know how to answer it. Thanks!

Thanks for that. I didn't realize that Attribute Sampling and Variable sampling were what determines what terms you use but now it makes clear sense.

Im taking this in 9 days so really hoping to pass!

I feel like a guide on what reports get restricted and stuff would be useful also, if anyone has any info on that

@abig no problem, glad I could help. I agree, it would be nice to have some sort of cheat sheet showing al of the reports in one place, listing which ones are restricted, etc.

General question to anyone who has taken the new 2017 AUD exam after April 1, 2017…

My exam is in a day, May 16. I took AUD immediately after graduating last summer. I got a 74. I began my career last fall as a staff auditor & I am finished with my first busy season. I'm hoping that the experience will help me get over the hump. It definitely seemed to help as i've been going through the material for a second time. I've done all the lectures, all of the MC, & most of the sims on Becker. For those of you who have seen the new exam, any words of advice for someone with one day left of studying? Any help is appreciated!

while I am studying, I have written about 40 pages of notes and my own flash cards

I would like to know your advise of how I can get the high benefit from them

my Exam gonna be after 5 days

do you recommend to re-write the entire notes ?
or just read them again and again ??

Hey, everyone! I am retaking AUD on May 27th. I wanted to make sure I have plenty of time for a final review since I want to make sure my chances are as good as possible. I'm currently halfway through adaptive learning with Ninja MCQs and have around 570 MCQs that I haven't seen. I'm averaging and trending right around 77%. It seems like I'm just staying at this percentage which scares me. Section 2 and 3 in Ninja are my weak spots so I'm trying to target them. However, I feel like 570 questions aren't enough to pull me through 11 more days of final review. What else should I do in that time? Practice SIMS? Use Wiley test bank, too? I'm scared where my trending is not as high as it should be but I feel less pressure since I still have 11 days left. All thoughts and opinions are appreciated on how I can maximize my chance of passing AUD this time around!

Restricted Reports, Integrated Audits, Agreed upon Procedures, Compilations reviews, Independence. These types of things.

Becker expired with 2 chapters left (5 &6). Should I just read the sections and buy ninja and work on comprehensive problems? Im sad I didnt make it all to Ch 6 on time.

Are Ninja Questions updated to account for the changes?

@iwannabeacpa2017 your software expired? It's unfortunate, most people would usually plan around that lol. However, there's nothing you can do about it now. If you don't plan on re-buying it in the future, then just finish the book the best way you can. Finding/buying questions that coordinate with the chapters you still have remaining could be cumbersome with only a short time until your exam. Anyway, that's what I would do

@jmac, yea it just did today and I wasn't aware. Otherwise I would have not wasted too much time on those practice skills video and questions. Yea the biggest issue I have is to have questions that coordinate with the sections and thats what I like about Becker. Guess lucky thing is that its my 4th time at it so the questions won't be new.

I've heard that Becker's isnt that helpful with the sims. Is Gleim test bank worth the try? Re Taking my exam in 2 weeks.

If you can afford it I would do it. Search the forum, a lot of people in the past used Gleim for sims and it worked out all right for them.

I personally myself are using them along side their MCQ and few other MCQ supplement.
