I am in my final review phase for AUD, ideally planning on taking it next week (Depending on how i feel).

What are some key or “Bread and Butter” Topics i should know and focus?

A couple of other questions

1. Should i memorize word to word the diffrent Audit reports? I have a familiarity of the wording and what goes in what section, but definitely haven’t memorized word to word the reports. That is just way to much

2. Ratio Analysis? Should i look over it at last, and which ones should know

3. How Deep should i memorize the transaction cycles, i have a a good understanding of it so far

4. For SSARS and SSAE services, should the becker MCQ be fine? That was one of my weak areas when i took audit the first time.

5. Lastly, is it worth doing the Sims on Becker, my experience for FAR and REG is that the SIMS never come near the actual exam besides the AL. Is it a waste or just do a couple for familiarity.

@IGOTTHEKEYS Do a mock exam, and focus on your weak areas, I know becker only gives like 2 – but try some from other review courses – websearch, some give free mock exams.

You have to know transaction cycles inside and out. You don't have to memorize audit reports, but definitely know the differences between different types of reports and opinions. Do an AICPA practice exam, trust me. I agree on Mock exams. Are you using Ninja at all?

What do you think is good score to get on these becker progress test (Test bank), i am scoring on average a 89-92% on the progres test. This is my audit retake btw. is that good enough? Should i practice the sims?

Also, what score is usually “Normal” for the Mock Exam?

I am planning to take audit about 1 week from now.
