Have it done mostly, but seem to have trouble remembering the order with an explanatory paragraph is needed and if it comes before/after the opinion.

Any advice?

I thought of it like this: if you're modifying the opinion itself (qualified or adverse), it makes sense to place the extra paragraph *before* the opinion in order to grab the reader's attention about something really important. If you're simply adding some extra info that does not change the opinion itself (i.e., it's still unmodified), it makes sense to add it *after* the opinion paragraph so as not to distract the reader's attention from the main point.

zonast- I was the EXACT same way (see my first AUD score) – then I bought the NINJA notes and I'm telling you this is the ONLY way I was able to remember the order of paragraphs in the reports. HIGHLY recommend the noteS!
