I recently just found out that I passed BEC and was quite relieved because it was the first test I had taken. I was a little bummed with the score. A 77, I was wondering if that would mean I’d need to continue with the same routine as before for the next test.

Plan to take AUD in the last week of the 4th qtr using Becker Self Study.

BEC – 10/1/16 – 77
AUD – 12/3/16
REG – TBD
FAR – TBD

I am also taking AUD in Q4. I will be using Ninja Plus and Ninja MCQ to study. I have CPAExcel from a previous attempt to pass the exams. I will supplement Ninja with CPAExcel, if necessary (used Ninja only for 2 weeks to study for REG). My method is to watch the videos and take notes, notes and more notes. I don't necessarily use them as a reference for study but it helps me digest the information while I am watching the videos. Don't be bummed about your 77. A 75 and above keeps the train moving forward. BEC, from my perspective, is the hardest test.

As someone who passed BEC on the first try and approached FAR with less fervor, and thereby, failing it as well. I think it's easy to get your guard for BEC because it's SO much easier to study for (in my opinion) than the rest of the exams. AUD was probably the ONLY exam I found the EASIEST to study for. But I would genuinely recommend taking the time to understand the audit process and why we would perform this step or how we could respond to this risk and whatnot.

I actually saw the order of the Becker chapters for audit, and this is a personal tip. I wouldn't learn Audit reports first, I would prob do it after you've mastered the audit process. Maybe you can search the forum for the order people recommend but yeah. Good luck. I think if you pass BEC, you can pass Audit. Studying for BEC < Studying for AUD.

It's funny cause I do so much better on the Audit Hw than I did on the BEC Hw. Averaging between 60-70% But for some reason right now it's not translating to progress tests cause I'm not getting higher than a 60%.

Unfortunately I'm starting the last chapter this week so I cannot do the order you suggest for Becker Review. But I might have to go back to Ch1 and Ch4 cause those are the most troublesome. Other than that I plan to give myself 2 1/2 to 3 weeks of time to review before testing

Taking Audit November 28th. I've been through all the becker videos and homework for each chapter. My plan for the next two weeks is to read each chapter and do the homework again. Then for the final week I will study flash cards and do questions and sims. Good luck everyone!
