I can for the most part remember certain topics and what is right and wrong, but I don’t know the Mnemonics…should I try and memorize them all before my exam?

I guess I lied then cause I remember CRIME from BEC. TIPPIEACDO is easy to remember. AEIOU is another easy one to remember. ULIARCPA is one I don't remember, but everytime I review it I think most of it seems common sense. Also, the COVERU one is strange to me. Tim Geherty always says transactions, balances and disclosures COVERU! BUT they don't cause some are missing from each one. Those I don't know exactly.

Well the COVERUs (Mgmt assertions) are supposed to be applied to transactions, balances, and disclosures… but you're right, not all of them apply… and yes, a lot of it is common sense and clicks after doing hundreds of mcqs, I think I am going to complete the Becker Final Test #2 and call it a night… probably wake up early tomorrow and glance at my notes one last time.. my test is at noon tomorrow, which is nice.
