I used Becker for all my sections. They have the worst customer service of any company I've ever dealt with. I hope I don't have to retake AUD because I'm hesitant to get updated Becker materials…

@ CPA Driven, from your reply I am gathering you have not been reading the Becker updates, and the forum. I probably started posting this tipid of information since I found I failed which is around end April. But I undertand looking at your schedule I don't know how you do it (but your my hero). Getting back to the point if you look under Becker 2013 updates under part B there is plenty information about old SAS. You will probably kill a tree or two but your allowed to. And I read somewhere that Becker will allow their current students access to the e-book/pdf version of the old book.

Go to Becker.com, then CPA, Support Center, Updates and Academic Support, Select 2013 course updates, then 2013 Part B updates.

@ Eliabraham thanks for your help. I ordered Jeff's AUD flashcards which contain both so that should help. I'm aware of Becker updates page but my point in paying the $1000 was not to have to add in updates. I already had 2011 AUD materials (not becker) that I could have supplemented with the new updates. I bought Becker version B because it was supposed to cover everything – no updates necessary. The only thing my $1000- did was allow me to update in reverse – add the old material to the new material. Completely and totally pointless. I think they realize think they have screwed up for us interim takers (even though they won't admit it) because they would have given me a refund as of yesterday but I would have lost all my materials and I'm now in chapter 5. I agree with memmy29 -worst customer service ever.

@CPA_Driven – You have realize that its business and they know candidates are desperate to pass and will do what ever it takes to get a Pass. Yes their material is well written and structured and yes they have mcq. But allot of people think with Becker a pass is a given which is not you still have to study you hiny off. Work hard. And since Becker knows that people have bought into the idea of first time pass. They can charge whatever they went for not so great materials. I think as customers as well we encourage them to do that instead of buying another study review at a lessor price. As a NO to such high prices. Look few weeks ago they released the questions that had to be bought for an additional fee, I don't think they were better than the material we currently have. But I bet you a couple of people paid for those questions and now they will keep on increasing the prices.

I know your frustration this CPA journey does not come cheap at all besides the money we also lose time with loved ones.
