I’m trying to decide whether to take AUD at the end of Nov or wait until 2011. My study materials are the 2010 edition. I know the exam is changing in January, and I’ve been told by a friend that I should try and take the exam in Nov due to the changes. Does anyone know how much the exam for AUD is changing in Jan? I’ve started to study for AUD (about a week now), and I’ll have 3-4 weeks left before the end of Nov, but I feel like it’s my weakest section and I don’t know how confident I am with the material. So how is the exam changing in 2011 with respect to the content of the exam?

I would say try and take it this year… I believe audit is getting some part of international standards, I think Jeff posted a video recently about the changes in regards to audit. I studied audit for about 3-4 weeks full-time, it was definitely my weakest area, as I've had no experience and one class with a not so great teacher… I passed with an 80, I'm not sure what you are using but I used Becker and read the book twice, listened to the lectures once, did all the mcq's about 2-3 times, did cpareviewforfree.com mcq's, and used wiley mcq's for a couple areas. If you have the time and already have the test scheduled, I think you can pull it off!
