Has anyone bought this product lately? A3 or A4 only costs $49 each while All AUD covering 3 topics costs $99.

Please share your experience if you had already tried these supplemental MCQs from Becker.

    Thanks!

To be honest, I think Becker has taken enough of my money, so I purchased the ninja ten point combo lite for audit. I don't think I will be giving any more money to Becker than I already have. So I will still be using the Becker material and the questions that came along with it, I just won't be purchasing those additional questions. I mean if you think about it, as long as you study the material and do the MCQ's over and over again, you should probably do fine. Also, I find the NINJA materials have definitely helped me understand certain topics I didn't quite understand from Becker. I.E. IRON is the way to test internal controls…Inquire, Re-performance, Observation and iNspection!

Good luck on your retake!! I know how you feel with that 72 :-/.

    REG - 2/27/2013 - 78!!!!
    AUD - 5/17/2013 - 72...Retake July 12th - 79!!!!
    BEC - 8/29/2013 - 77!!!!
    FAR - 11/14/2013- 72....Retake February 28th - 80!!! DONE!!!!

I agree with kkimi05, unless money is no object, you can pass AUD without those extra questions.

I took the full Becker live course for all of the parts. Since I had time, and since AUD seems to be the shortest part to study for, I watched almost every lecture and answered very close to all of the practice questions. (I don't mean I got them right, just that I studied and answered them.) I did all the practice SIMs and most of the practice exams. I felt as prepared as I could be and got a 77, which I was thrilled about.

If you have the time and money for those extra questions they certainly can't hurt. The best advice I got about studying was, just keep working the questions, over and over and over. Best of luck to you.

If you are going to spend more $ I would go with a different source. I just used Becker for AUD, but I used Becker and am supplementing with Wiley for BEC and I find I'm getting (a) different information and (b) information delivered in a different way, and both of those are valuable to me. My thought would be that more Becker is just… well… more Becker.

The thing is, money money money!

Frankly, budget is extremely tight for someone like me who's been out of job for over a year now.

I am dying to taste (at least) my first pass.

I have Becker (with flashcards) & 10-point combo then I saw this offer at A3.

Oh well, I would probably not buy those supplementals. But I'm considering to buy the final review set later, maybe.

Thank you guys for all your thoughts.
