AUD – AICPA Code of Conduct

Hi all,

On the AUD exam, should we know the Rules in the AICPA Code of Conduct by number? For example, should we know that Rule 302 is Contingent Fees? Or, should I just focus on the underlying content of the rules?

I just don’t want to get into the exam and have a questions like “Under Rule 302…”
