Maybe it is just the materials I am using (Yaeger Homestudy), but compared to REG and BEC which were tolerable in the materials, AUD has been something I have been totally unmotivated to get through. Anyone else having this problem?

Whereas Phil would at least make things semi-entertaining and bearable with some of his comments, Gary is killing me.

I’m testing on 10/04 and will be doing an intense, focused study between now and then, and am just hoping to do well enough to pass this thing.

I only watched his lectures and skipped the parts where he went over the MC, in other words I got through the 16 hours of lectures in about 2-3. I think it is pointless to listen to someone go over MC and read the answers when you are not familiar with a topic yet, even the lecture portion was very weak. After a brief review of each chapter I did all the MC questions for each chapter including all the questions on the Wiley CD. AUD is a topic where I think this is benneficial.

    FAR - 95
    AUD - 82
    REG - 94
    BEC - 84

It helps if you're an auditor. I've worked in the public practice of auditing for 5 years now, and the review of the AUD section was simple for me, so much so that I was afraid I was being overconfident. But because I've never worked on Taxes before, I thought Regulation was going to be the toughest part for me, and it was.
