    I just got off the phone with Penny at the IL BOE. She said at this point they haven't received the scores because of a technical problem over which they have no control. I asked specifically if it was their problem or NASBA's, and was told it was NASBA's. That's all I got. Nothing to do but keep checkin'. Good luck to all.
