Waiting on AUD.

I hate the waiting. I just want to know. I would so much rather study than wait! The one good thing I seen yesterday is that NASBA said they closed the window so at least there are not some mystery set of scores out there that we are waiting for. We just have to wait for them to process what they have.

I was expecting when I got into work this morning, but I was wrong there. I have seen them come in early in the morning, lunch time, and after five. So let's hope for early!

Just spoke with someone at the ILBOE – he seemed to know what was going on. He said they received 2 batches of scores yesterday evening so some should be posted later today. He said there were issues with receiving the scores and they have not yet received all of them so some might not be available until next week. I think NASBA's new and improved score release has messed up the release of scores to indie states. But anyways, the point is to keep checking today as some *should* be available today.

ChiGirl10 – Thanks for calling. I am glad they at least said they got some from them. IL was always so lucky in the past w/getting scores before the NASBA candidates. I will cross my fingers for all of us that we are on the today list!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! I will post if I see something.

What is an “indie” state? I've seen someone referred to IL as an “indie” state twice.. what does that mean? I could assume, but someone is asking me, so I might as well get an exact answer.. haha. Thanks.

An indie state is one that does not use NASBA for its score release. IL uses their own website, so IL is an indie state. CA is the other “big” indie state what you might have seen. Both IL and CA used to have their scores posted before NASBA posted theirs, but obviously that's not the case this time around.

this is getting ridiculous! before the change in score releases, it used to be that ILBOE would post scores 16-18 hours after NASBA tweeted that they rec'd them. What are we at now….20 hours?!?!?!
