I know, some people are having issues with the becker research sim scoring, but can someone just reassure me that I’m not inputting something wrong? I need as much peace of mind as I can get at this point…

Have you tried the AICPA practice exam? I highly recommend it, the format is exactly like the exam 5 MCQ and 5 SIMS(including research), so I definitely would try that before the exam…. but yeah looks like Becker is incorrect on this one. I have never used Becker, but wanted to share about the practice exam.

Just took a few minutes and went to Audit-B version out of sheer curiosity and worked on research sim (#7) in Final Exam #1.

Answer is AU-C 708.08 and it does not highlight for me as wrong, i.e. right answer marked as correct. Perhaps you mark it wrong initially and upon submitting it, changed it to a correct one – in such scenario it will be highlighted as incorrect in yellow despite showing right answer! False alarm.

You are not crazy, I had the same situation when i did the research questions. there is a flaw in the Becker Review test bank and i last heard becker was working on fixing it.

The answer you got is correct 🙂
