AICPA's Clarified Statements on Auditing Standards (SAS) AUD Tests post 7/1/2013

    I have the Becker 2012 Review material, and have to sit for AUD prior to November 30, 2012. I am trying to decide whether to take the test before or after the Clarified Statements on Auditing Standards changes that will affect tests taken after July 1st, 2013. Ultimately, I’d prefer to test on the new material, but wanted to hear other perspectives. Perhaps I’m better to test prior to July 1st.

    I’ve requested the electronic update through Becker and there’s an Audit A, and Audit B section.

    How much different are these changes, and what are people saying?
