74 in auditing.. do i take it again asap?

    I just got a 74 in auditing.. I feel like crap right now lol. I have Roger + Wiley test bank, but I have to admit that I had too many distractions around (going on the internet too much, etc) I started studying for FAR just a week ago. Should I take auditing again in the beginning of July since the info is still fresh in my mind? I know there will be changes, so hopefully they’re up or will be up soon. I really wanted these 4 exams done before recruiting season rolled around, but it might not be possible now. I have FAR scheduled for July 15th.. should I just move that back then and try to take aud again in the beginning of July?

    AUD: Passed
    BEC: Passed
    REG: Studying

    I got a 73.. not sure how to feel right now or what to do. This feeling totally sucks!

    Yeah, I would keep with Audit while it's fresh in your mind. Schedule Audit for the very beginning of July and push Far to August.

    I got a 71 and was scheduled to take REG on 5/31 but don't feel ready enough for it and I couldn't handle having failed 2 sections in a row so I pushed it back to the end of August and I'm going to start right back up on AUD and take it early July.

    I like to keep taking sections until I pass, so I would schedule AUD for early July and push FAR back. Good luck!

    Provided that there are new things for this july or so, I would probably put it on hold.

    FAR - 92 02/2013
    AUD - 90 05/2013
    REG - 85 10/2013
    BEC - 80 12/2013

    I'd drop FAR and retake AUD in the beginning of July. Reschedule FAR for later in the testing period.

    I was in the same shoes as you with BEC–had barely missed it at the end of a testing period, grumped about it for a day or two, then started studying again and passed it at the start of the next testing period. It's annoying, but think of it this way: if you'd just gotten one more question on the topics you're awesome at and one less on the topics you're iffy at, you'd have passed. Right now you can take the opportunity to shore up your “awesome” topics and reduce the number of “Iffy” topics because it's all still fresh in your mind.
