Those are not the lucky powerball numbers…instead, they are are my unfortunate AUD scores. Each time doing stronger in MCQs and weaker in Sims. Sims seem to be the death of me in these exams. Reg scores – 71, 74. Again stronger in MCQs and weaker in Sims…

Keep getting creamed when it comes to Sims. I have practiced them. Practiced researching.

    Any advice? Prayers?

Have two more tries for both Reg and Aud until my Far expires. I dont even want to think about Far expiring.

Help me pass Aud and Reg Sims!!

    FAR:75!
    AUD:69, 63, 73, TBD
    BEC:76!
    REG:71, TBD

@debitcash- Chin up. Go study some more- I was trending 80s twice and failed AUD over the sims. Apparently, I am better at REG according to the exam. I would have argued AUD before taking them. Keep hammering notes and questions and you will get there.

Everyone has different strengths and weaknesses. I have been kicked in the teeth several times by this exam and life in general. Just remember- after you succeed, being gracious and humble toward others costs nothing. 😉

Maybe it's not your study “habits,” but your study strategy. You appear dedicated to me, and you appear to have good habits, but with scores that tight in number, you might need a strategy adjustment.

I think to not question your strategy is a disservice to yourself. You don't lack ability on the SIMS. You're an accounting graduate studying for the CPA exam. You are able!!! You can do it!!

I know, for me, by the time I finished studying for AUD, I had a lot of the answers memorized in my Gliem MCQ's. Maybe this is your case. Perhaps try getting the Gleim CRAM course or another set of questions from another course, so you have new questions you've never seen.

I truly believe, on AUD, if you truly understand the material the SIMs shouldn't be difficult. Get new questions! Make sure you understand all the answers. Why is the correct answer correct and why are the other answers wrong. This is key!

    You can do it!

@debitcash One more thing I should add- STUDY THE AL!!!! Studying the authoritative literature got me over my hump with AUD. I used it extensively in the sims the last time.
