67 on Audit? Super sad.

    I have passed Reg and BEC on the first try. I just got my audit score and it was a 67? The breakdown showed that I was stronger on the MCQ than the other canidates but my simulation was weaker? so then how bad did I do on my simulations? I should have given myself more time on them….now I have to study new material for the revised auditing section.

    Thats tough – never easy to get a failed score. But, just think, you passed 2 on your first try and that is really amazing. It isn't fun to repeat studying/testing for the same section but it happens when taking these tests. I failed REG twice and passed it on the third time.

    I haven't taken a hard look at the Audit changes yet (waiting for my score on Monday) but I don't think it changed that much so it shouldn't be too bad to incorporate the changes in your studying.

    For the sims – I followed the advise of many of those who went before me on these boards and utilized the authoritative literature HEAVILY. I found a lot of gold in there that helped me (hopefully) answer some of them correctly. I had 1:45 left when I started the sims and scoured the authoritative literature like a man man until there was five minutes left on the clock when I submitted.

    Keep your head up and push on – this is a small set back in a big plan – you'll get there.
