I’ve taken AUD twice now, both times using Becker and both times getting the same score. The second time I took it, I added NINJA audio. I purchased the NINJA notecards last week when they were on sale, but any other suggestions on what to add and how much time to allocate to studying for my 3rd attempt?

I feel like if I allocate too much time, I might get frustrated, because I’ve already watched the videos 2 times through now. My Becker book is already highlighted and marked up, so I feel like going through all of that again won’t work as well, but it has been almost a year since I took AUD last.

Any advice is much appreciated – Thanks!!!

Don't watch anymore review videos, you've learned what you will from them. Review notes, understand material, and do mcq's till you drop. Specifically, know requirements for every type of engagement, basic forms of the reports, and how you modify the reports. And whenever it asks where to start testing, always, always start with what you think is overstated. Never with what you think is understated.

Hiya!

I'm in same boat! I'm going for my 4th attempt at AUD this coming up Monday!

I feel just same as I did last time, confident of the material… last time AUD got me because I was not focus on test and had so many distraction and anxiety… This time around I'm relaxing the “day of” test and not thinking much about materials……

I've studied with Becker, Ninja MCQ's and Wiley MCQ's…Only different I did this time was to create my own flashcards that I'm planning on reviewing this weekend prior to test Monday!

I finally passed audit when I finished all the TBS questions on my Wiley book and Wiley test bank. I was just memorizing the first couple times I took it, but the last time I just really understood it. Adding ninja flashcards also helped

AUD: 74, 67, 76!
BEC: 70, 75!
FAR: 76!
REG: 67, 73, 79!

I just purchased the 10 point combo – I think I am going to start by reading/skimming through the Becker book/notes and then really using the 10 point combo to hammer it in, because if I didn't get it the first 2 times with Becker, I don't think I am going to get it now…

I raised my AUD score 20 points by listening to the Ninja Audio as much as possible, working as many MCQ in the Wiley test bank as possible, and rewriting the Ninja Notes once before the exam. You can do it!

Honestly? I didn't really change much other than what areas I focused on. Used Yaeger home review course both times. The first time I took it I was kind of lacking in knowing all the types of engagements, reports, mgmt assertions, etc (ya know, the big parts of AUD!). I made sure I knew those important topics forwards and backwards before my retake. That was honestly the only thing I changed, but it made a world of difference on the exam! Mnemonics are your friend on AUD, helped to keep everything straight in my head.

Now I just need to figure out how to raise my REG score…hopefully the 10 pt combo does the trick:)
