fellow cpa takers….any tips on how to approach the AUD sims after the pattern change.
I took my AUD section on 09 Nov 2017.
The results come in tomrw and i know i am going to fail cause the sims were really hard and i could not distinguish heads or tails.
So i have started preparing for my Jan2018 attempt and have absolutely no idea on how to approach the new sims pattern which seems way harder than the old pattern.

Hi, I am back here too. Will be retaking AUD earliest of January-2018.

Listening to the Roger's all lectures and then MCQs, Can anyone please suggest to better prepare for SIMS. I think I lost my score there. Also, Time management is the key.

@SONA, Gleim has the best SIMS.

Hi, This is my second time to failed AUD. First was in Sep I got 73– last test was Oct and I got a horrible 65 result last night. I was devastated!! I don't understand why such a drop of my score 🙁
I would like to ask for any suggestion on how to study AUDIT AGAIN, I'm using solely ROGER and oh I have an AUdio from NINJA too. I am thinking to get the NINJA SCOUT that has MCQs. At the same time I have to study FAR for March exam ugghh, I would like to get AUDIT done hopefully by January. Any suggestions is much appreciated.

Can I buy only their MCQs and TBS for practice like Ninja MCQs?

    Hi everyone!

Taking audit in early January after a Q3 and Q4 fail. I used Becker to prepare if there are any helpful tips you guys have, would love to hear them! This exam is my mammoth (I must have jynxed myself when I said audit was the “easiest” to study for). I used Becker to prepare originally, thinking about getting Ninja MCQ and Wiley. Let's do this guys!

Also, is anyone that's re-taking it noticing anything different? (there were supposedly a few changes on some parts of the exam) If so, would you guys are you guys going to re-watch all the lectures and re-do the MCQ, or is there a better way to allocate your time?

Same question as @SONA – it looks like I did poorly on the SIMS. Does Gleim sell just the SIMS, like Wiley sells the MCQS? Also, planning to take it early January, asap because January is my busy season, so I can't take any time off. But I think doing a TON of problems will get me the one point I need. I always feel like it is easy when I am taking it, it throws me off!!

OK I got a test date of Jan 8th.

I took the last one using just Wiley, but purchased NINJA notes and MCQ for the retake. I plan to go through the 1500 Ninja MCQ, flashcard the wiley book and try to do some memorization of the different audit reports.
