    Hello Friends!! It's been a while since I got online. Hoping everyone is doing good! I will be finishing Becker this weekend if all goes as planned so I am excited about that. I am testing on May 22nd. I purchased Becker Final Review for Auditing so should hit that starting Next Monday along with NINJA so I will have exactly two weeks with the NINJA software.

    @Julia
    , 600 for the weekend? Wow, thats wonderful goal! I think the max I have done are 120-125 a day. How do you go about doing 600? I am just imagining that if I can get to your speed I will be done with NINJA software in 3 days vs the 14 that i have planned and probably would have time to do it all over again…lol. Please do share your plan. I am very eager to learn it now.

    @sacpa
    , hello and welcome! (even though its kind of late) just went back through your earlier posts. it's inspiring to hear stories of how people stick through a difficult process such as this while dealing with difficult people and difficult situations. I have faith that we will be CPA's very soon and would be in a much better position to address the other difficulties. One thing at a time!! So I will leave you with this saying, “The struggle you are in today; is developing the strength you need for tomorrow!! Stay positive and happy!!

    @kahloon: Hope it went well yesterday:

    @Julia
    : Good going, 600 mcqs & all!

    @famh: Thanks for the welcome & your kind words! Whenever a problem comes up, I take it as an opportunity to learn, improvise & grow. I am hanging on firmly to my goal in spite of countless setbacks with the hope that they are tests to my tenacity & to do the best to maintain a positive attitude & go on. The fact that you have already passed BEC shows that you are also continuing in your journey with grit & drive. All the best! We can do this!

    @oldlady: Good job on being productive! I created an exclusive study account in FB but that was also distracting. Need to cancel it. The irony is that this site is also addictive. Lol!

    My goal is 300 each day so 600 total. I'm going to allocate 15 hours this weekend – so 7.5 hrs each day.
    It's a Power Study weekend. So it's meant to push through the MCQ'S. I plan to really review them better later.
    Mostly it entails 2 full days of planned study w minimal human interaction.

    @sacpa,

    I thought the multiple choice was going really well, which is probably a bad sign since it seems testlet 2 didnt get more difficult. One TBS I totally freaked on, hoping its the pre-test question. But it seems like the TBS in general are getting more difficult if the AICPA doesnt give partial credit for questions that have multiple columns. Becker told me for ones with multiple columns, the entire row has to be correct.

    Taking BEC on June 8 but just burned out from studying AUD.

    @kahloon: Looks like it went well! If it is just one sim that was tough, you are fine. Good Luck!

    I thought that you do not get partial credit for research question. Other than that, partial credit is given for sims including ones with multiple columns.

    @sacpa,

    yeah, Im totally confused by this as well. I reached out to becker for a RMM/Risk related SIM where one answer led to the other, and even though I got the result right and risk wrong, it was all counted incorrect.

    @sacpa, indeed! time * effort = success. when are you sitting for the exam?

    @julia
    , ok i get it. so you will reviewing the incorrect ones after the weekend? i will try to join you. have you attempted the becker mock exams?

    @kahloon, just hope for the best! what you was your review strategy in the last weeks before the exam?

    @famh110,

    my review strategy after I finished becker was to go through as many NINJA questions, while doing Becker progress tests and also listening to Roger Audio.

    Where I fell short in my studying was basically skipping the hard part of rewriting NINJA notes and writing out reasons why the incorrect answer choices were incorrect. I feel like I would have gotten far more comfortable with the material that way.

    @kahloon thanks for sharing. rewriting notes is highly recommend by many. i hope i have time to squeeze that in.

    @Famh110: I have not done the Becker Mock exams. They kill my confidence & it does not feel like CPA. I prefer NINJA.
