Hope everyones studying is going well and happy friday 🙂

Well, I am a little over a month away from my rematch with Audit. I have been using the NINJA notes and Wiley 2012 test bank. I feel as if I am doing good on the MC questions and the NINJA notes are reinforcing the concepts, but I just dont know. I am going to start reviewing the SIMS again in a week or so. How does everyone else approach a retake?

Also – how is the audio different then the ninja notes?

anyone else aiming for the first few weeks fof the april window? could use some encouragement :-/

I am there with you. Rematch with REG (haven't officially failed yet but I'm finding more answers to MCQs I know I missed). I've been using Becker and the Final Review with the Wiley test bank along with NINJA notes. Thinking of getting Yaegar cram or something else. Any suggestions?

@ jjm – I really really liked the CRAM and thought it was really really helpful. You should definitely check it out, its worth it.

@bnr Yes its my third shot at Audit and am really focused on beating it! I have been using ninja notes and test bank 2012 for the retake. What materials have you been using? You are only 3 points away!!!

@bnrhilton- i am also in the same boat -73 in AUD – April 3rd will be rematch with AUD using the wiley textbook instead of becker this time with a zillion MCQ's and lots and lots of SIMS !!! on my score report my MCQ”s were “stronger” and SIMS were “weaker”

How's everyone doing here??? We are around 3 weeks away!!!

I have been hitting the NINJA notes hard, listening to the audio as much as possible and doing as many MCs as possible for my rematch with AUD.

How is everyone else approaching it? Are we feeling confident? What have been some distractions?

Hoping to sit for the first time on April 12. I decided to go with AUD first and I have right at 40 hours studying in so far. I'm using Exam Matrix and really like working through the MCQs. I am not really confident at this point but I think it is more because I don't really know what to expect. I should have well over 100 hours in by then and I am just trying to take it day by day and not bite off too much of this monster at once. The biggest distraction for me is the time change and 80 degree weather here!!! I would much rather be doing something other than studying!!! But, so far I have been able to stay buckled down knowing that it will all be worth it when this is over!!

@canson16, exact same score report. Scored a 72. ugh! Haven't set the date yet. I'm going through all of Becker, again, just once. Then I purchased Yaeger–waiting to get that in the mail. Buying a second test bank has always bumped my score significantly !

I am starting to feel ready but want to concentrate on sims as well, as I am nervous about those, as usual. Does anyone else just have some days where they think they will never pass this thing? ugh!!!!!!!!

@ nextstop : I have my rematch on 4/7 as well. Do you like cpa review for free? I have heard good things but haven't tried it.

@ peanut: are you using the ninja notes? and did you get the cram? I am using the ninja notes this time around and has really seemed to help me grasp some of the fundementals i struggled with last time. When are you planning your rematch with AUD?

@littlemoe : sounds like you are on the track to passing!

Failed BEC (74) the last testing window. Rematch is 4/14, I was using CPA Excel but just purchased the Ninja Notes and the Ninja flashcards – hopefully these will get me a 75!

For those of you studying for audit, I found that the Becker Final Review for Audit was very similar to the exam.

@peanut I have the same score report as u and got 73 on my second try ,on my first try i got 69 ( i knew that i am half prepared as have only complete 4 lecture of becker).

Everyone I have lost all my confidence and feel what did i do wrong and were to begin study again. What are u all doing different to study for it again, I am using bisk book , Wiley 2012 book and becker hope this time i can pass and i want to get done this exam to go back home and see my family in summer it is almost 4 years have not seen my family

@Journey…CPA Review for Free is helpful. I didn't have a chance to go through all the questions this last but I plan to this time around. There were a few questions I saw that were on the exam. So I say it couldn't hurt to do them. I also may purchase Wiley Test Bank even though I already have Gleim.

@nextstop – thanks. have you tried ninja notes or the yaeger cram? it helped me.

i am starting to feel ready for the exam but sometimes i get that feeling that i will never pass this thing. just so frustrating!!! how does everyone else get rid of it when this comes up?
