So I have 10 days left until my exam. I know that I have a long way to go before passing this exam is even a possibility.. and I am sure it will still be a long shot. I did pretty poorly on the homeworks compared to when I took FAR. Currently the resources I have available are:

1.) Becker Lectures, MCQs, and SIMS 2.) NINJA Notes 3.) Wiley Test Bank

The average homework score on each chapter in Becker was:

    Chapter 1: 70%

    Chapter 2: 65%

    Chapter 3: 65%

    Chapter 4: 60%

    Chapter 5: 65%

    Chapter 6: 55%

Any thoughts/suggestions on a solid strategy for my last 10 days? Should I focus more on one resource than the other?

    10/13/13 - FAR *PASSED* 76
    12/01/13 - AUD *PASSED* 84
    01/09/14 - BEC *PASSED* 84
    02/27/14 - REG *PASSED* 81

I am right there with you. Scheduled for AUD retake Wed 11/27 and just now reviewing Becker 4. I am doing okay on 1-3 but the Evidence section is a ball-buster. My method so far is pretty basic, but seems to be yielding results:

I begin each section with a 30 question progress test for just that section (getting used to 30 MCQ's at a time again). Once those 30 are done I review each answer (right & wrong) and then go back into the text to read over the sections that I answered wrong on the test: REPEAT TWICE. my % for MCQ's have gone from 60+- to 75-80.

Then, once I do that procedure for 2 chapters, I take 3 progress tests covering BOTH chapters. Sprinkle in a few SIMS here & there… SIMS are about the content, which I hope to feel confident with by next week.

My philosophy is that I need to identify what I DON'T know and work on that (easier said than done). These little 30 MCQ progress tests let me see piece by piece what I need to work on without overwhelming me with 6 chapters of material.

Does this make any sense? Cause it sounds crazy when I read what I typed…

    AUD (7/31/13) 66... Retake (11/27/13) 90 & DONE!
    BEC (8/28/13) 85
    REG (10/4/13) 86
    FAR (11/6/13) 79

Yeah... We're putting new cover letters on all our TPS reports ...Did you get that memo?
