Made a 70 both times. My weaker/comparable/stronger multiple choice areas shifted. One area where I am consistently weaker is the simulations. What do I need to do to get over this damn test. Used Wiley book, Yaeger videos, and Wiley test bank. 2012 Ninja notes to review. How can I get those last 5 points? Had this same problem with BEC and Wiley pushed me over the hump on that one but it isn’t doing the trick with AUD.

@jps22 I used Becker and felt very prepared for the simulations. I agree that it can be the toughest section. One thing to remember is that you have the authoritative literature available to you for all the sims, not just the research question. I would recommend double checking your answers against the authoritative literature. I know that in my exam, I was able to check some of the simulations word for word against the available literature. It definitely helped. I hope this helps and I wish you luck!

You should at a minimum get the updated Ninja Notes from Jeff– he says free updates until you pass.

If you haven't taken FAR, reviewing basic DR/CR from that is very helpful. Think in terms of what an auditor might be correcting.

I struggled with AUD as well. The first two times I took it I got a 72 each time…which was very frustrating because I studied like twice as much the second time. I had been using Kaplan. Out of anger, I splurged and got the AUD section of Becker, and I think the change of pace is what helped me improve my score to an 81 on the third try.

I'm not necessarily saying Becker is better than Kaplan, but my point is that you might benefit from changing things up this next time around.

You can pass AUD…if I can, you can too. 🙂
