Hello All,

I took an unscheduled break during my AUD test. I forgot that we could not take them, and I wanted to use the restroom. I was only outside the test room for a couple of minutes.

The administrator stated that taking unscheduled breaks is reported to NASBA. She noted that I was only gone a couple of minutes to use the restroom.

How does taking an unscheduled break affect a candidate’s results? Does it impact the results at all? Has this happened to others?

I had a tummy ache due to nerves on my first one. I could not make it to the end of a testlet. I know, too much information. Anyway, I walked out and told the administrator that I had an emergency. She did not say anything. She just notated it and that was all. In fact, she did not even take my fingerprints to get back in.

I heard nothing else, and got my score back at the normal time. I would not worry. Emergencies cannot be controlled.
