Impatiently waiting for AUD scores. I’m pretty sure I missed the research question. My understanding is that it is an all or nothing situation. Anyone out there know they missed their research and still passed?

I'm sure I did on more than one of my exams, but I still passed them all, so just breathe deep and believe for the best. 🙂 For AUD especially, it seems like most people either nail it or flop big time, so the difference of the research question probably won't matter. I've seen more 90's and more 50's on AUD than any other exam, so likely the few points from the research question won't boost you one side or the other of 75.

We hear the research question isn't worth much. Let's say another sim has 10 response boxes– the research question is worth as many points as just 1 of the 10 boxes on the other sim. So it doesn't have that much relative impact on whether or not you pass.

kim, you're going to drive yourself insane trying to figure out whether or not you passed the exam or not. i'm sure there are many instances where a research question was missed and the person still passed and vice versa. Try to relax and hope for the best.

REG: Pass
BEC: Pass
FAR: Pass

When I took REG I knew for a fact that I missed the research. Because of that I thought I'd fail for sure but luckily I passed. But just so you know, it's definitely not a deal breaker if you miss the research obviously, my score was proof. But I also felt that I kicked butt on the multiple choice so that must have helped me out.

Research is only a couple of points, but it could still make or break you if you're in the 70's. It is nowhere near worth as much as the other multiple question sims.
