Well as the title says it all, this is the 4th time I failed AUD. Really have no clue what I can do to get me over the hump. Ugh this exam will be the death of me.

Get the ninja notes and copy them, every single word. Ten pages per day for 30 days (you'll get through them three times over). Audit is all about rote memorization, and copying your notes over and over helps you to retain information. I brought my aud score from 71 to 84 that way.
