After the FAR test, I thought there was no way I passed it. Got an 82.

After the BEC test, I thought I may have passed it. Got an 82.

After the AUD test, I am completely baffled. Guess I’ll find out in a month, if my lucky number is 82.

    FAR 82
    BEC 82
    AUD 93
    REG 87

@ Jeff, Is there a way to move my post with the attached replies, or should I just do a re-post?

    FAR 82
    BEC 82
    AUD 93
    REG 87

Guess this post might get moved but I had to comment because I'm in the exact same boat as you Jasper.

I was certain that I didn't pass FAR and got an 82. Then with BEC, I was nervous, but thought I had a shot.. 82. And now the wait begins for AUD! Hope we both get an 82 again!

    FAR 7/3/13 - 82
    BEC 8/21/13 - 82
    AUD 10/2/13 - 92
    REG 12/3/13 - 88

    DONE!!!! CA Candidate
    Beat the 12/31/13 clock!

correction for earlier post: I can't go on how I feel after the exam (so frustrating)

    3XBEC:75 * 4XREG:82 * 4XFAR:76 * 7XAUD:77

Your exam sounds very similar to the first AUD exam I had, but my second exam wasn't as nearly horrible as the first (or so I think). I think those that say it is easy get an ‘easier' exam on their first try.

Some of those weirdly worded questions could also be the ones that aren't graded so you may have done better than you think.

Just finished the AUD exam (my first try at any) and I'm not very confident about how I performed. I felt confident leading up to the exam but the first testlet was a wake-up call. Its hard to determine the progression of difficulty between testlets for me because I think there were a good portion of questions in the first testlet that were really tricky for me and then I felt the same way about different portions of the second and third testlets. But peppered in the last two testlets were some questions that I found noticeably easier (i.e. looked familiar to questions from my studies) which made me think that I hadn't hit the desired ‘difficult' testlets. I did find a good portion of these testlets difficult, however. The SIMS were do-able, the AL was a great resource, and I feel pretty confident that I did well on the SIMS. Checking out the AICPA Psychometrics material it states that all difficulty levels include questions from the medium and difficult range, but that the average is more difficult for the ‘difficult' testlets. I'm hoping that my extensive studying just prepared me for some of the questions that I found easier. Has anyone else had a similar experience? (Has anyone had a similar experience and actually passed?) I have to move on to my FAR studies but trying to find some semblance of closure on AUD…
