I was so nervous opening up my score report(I didn’t bother checking online first) and I found out that I didn’t pass.. What gets to me is that I felt good after I took the exam and yet I still failed. I figured the Sims part wasn’t going to be easy that I understood but the MCQ was what I felt best about and yet I didn’t pass.

I used Becker, Read the chapters, wrote out notes, as well as flashcards etc

I redid all of them that were in Becker there had to be around 1000

I did 2300 in the 15 days leading up to the exam + the two final exams.

I knew NOTHING about auditing before this, I ignored it in my classes lol

@ OP I failed audit 3 times before finding a method that worked for me…have you considered switching up your materials? Once I switched to the Wiley Textbook+insane notes+doing every MCQ and SIM in the book+daily ninja audio I finally passed the nasty beast! I can imagine you must have spent a small fortune on Becker, but the Wiley text is approx. $40 and would give you a fresh perspective and supplement your existing materials. Just a thought!

Yea keep at it. I was like sick to my stomach and finally opened the paper and saw that I failed. SIMS seem to by weaker standpoint but will keep at it. Its amazing how a small piece of paper or a score can affect the brain. I use Becker as well and thinking of utilizing a few more options for SIMS. I was told CPAforFree had some SIMS you can purchase. Not sure if it works or not yet but def keep at it while its still fresh!!! Good luck to all on retake!

What I dont understand is I have been there facing the immensely difficult Sims for (FAR,REG) but somehow managed to pass.

With Audit I dont know what will I have to do to pass it, Especially Sims.I feel like I have to get 100 % correct in Sims 🙁

I know I have to study harder and know every minute detail of audit and also know how to apply it.

I hope I can work hard to earn this.

What I dont understand is I have been there facing the immensely difficult Sims for (FAR,REG) but somehow managed to pass.

With Audit I dont know what will I have to do to pass it, Especially Sims.I feel like I have to get 100 % correct in Sims 🙁

I know I have to study harder and know every minute detail of audit and also know how to apply it.

I hope I can work hard to earn this.

My issue is that I took AUD the first time using Becker as well as Another 71 audio and got a 57.

I was averaging around 73-75 on the Becker Random Review MCQ's and did about 10, 100 MCQ exams.

I retook the exam in November, was averaging 80-85 on the Becker Random Review MCQ's and did about 15, 100 MCQ exams. I ended up with another 57.

I'm just so frustrated because I find that the Becker lectures and Another 71 notes offer an understanding of the subject matter that doesn't directly translate to success on sims/mcq's. Furthermore, it seems that success with the Becker MCQs hasn't helped my low AUD score. For reference, I passed Reg w a 77 while getting 75s on MCQ review exams.

I'm looking for any practical advice anyone can offer!
