Hey everyone,
So I read in the forum that several people who took audit this past quarter had a tbs that had an incorrect timeline in the question. I reached out to the AICPA and got an immediate response asking for details like member/customer number/DOB/email address or home address on file…etc, etc. It specifically says this is for requests requiring access to my account. Since I am not requesting access to my account, I didn’t reply to that email.
Then, I got another email with a response along the lines of appropriate staff will review candidate letters/emails and determine the effect of the concern on the examination. It went on further to state they cannot discuss eventual outcome of reviews/provide specific info about a test question. At the end of that email, status has been updated from “new” in the first email I got from them to “Closed-NS”.
What does that mean? Have they recorded my concern? How will it be addressed? The second reply just seems like a generic email sent from an automated system that doesn’t address the issue on hand. Have others that reported the issue also received the same response(s)?
