Define “a while.”

1 or 2 weeks? Sure.

1-2 months at a time?? I would be worried..

Yeah I've been unassigned a good bit. It's mainly due to my office hiring for the future therefore we are overstaffed. In our first year we don't have much control over a schedule so there's not much to worry about. In small offices it can be an issue since everyone knows everyone.
