Does anyone here have a CIA? If so, how did you review for the test? What course material did you use.

Does anyone have any type of software certification like database? How do you guys feel that it has helped you career-wise?

I have the CIA designation and, like your self, just passed the CPA exam. I used Gleim's materials…same drill as the CPA exam pretty much as far as studying goes. Can't tell you how beneficial the CIA certification is to have thought since I've never applied to a job where I needed it; I did my stint in Internal Audit and got the certification after-the-fact just in case and so that the time I spent wasn't all for nothing if I ever wanted to play up that angle. I can tell you that it is a very well respected designation though, IMHO.
