Starting the CIA exam process soon.. just wondering if the IIA materials or GLEIM is better? … Im basically just looking for whatever will get me to pass and has a lot of practice questions…. any tips are appreciated thanks!!

Hi Melissa,

I passed all CIA parts using Gleim, it is very good.

For the first two parts I only did multiple choice questions online to study, and studied for about 2 weeks each (and took them during finals week in college lol)

For the third part I read the whole book and then did the online multiple choice. I studied for about a month while working full time.

i would also like to know if anyone has any thoughts on this. people in my dept say that the IIA is claim that the IIA is better, but i'm pretty sure that they didn't use both and compare.
