I just started at a top 10 accounting firm in the beginning of October. What are the requirements for a CPE? I was just sent a form, does CPA studying/passing exams count towards CPE?

Your firm's annual training should be enough for your CPE requirement. There's someone who runs or manages your training program who also tracks how many CPE credits you have vs. you need. At least back when I worked in Big 4, that's how it was.
