The original cfa materials that are provided are an excellent resource. You really don't need anything else

Agree with @mmmmAccounting. CFA institute gives all you need and then some in terms of material. Not to mention they are the ones who makes the exams, so it would be a no brainier to use their materials straight from the source.

Agree with the above. I read all the CFA study materials and supplemented with a few practice MCQs online. Passed all 3 exams the first time.

Yes. The fee that you pay upfront includes the books and other studying materials.

CPA is required or strongly preferred for so many jobs – Controller, Finance Director, CFO, etc. Given my career path it seemed wise. And no, I never plan to leave industry and go into Audit 🙂
