    Hi,

here is the profile with which my friend is applying for the schools:

Education: MBA from China from University of Chinese Academy of Sciences

Experience: 8 years in Accounting (China)

    GPA in MBA: 86/100 (~3.2)

    GMAT: 580 (verbal: 22, math:49)

Schools targeting: CSU Eastbay, SUNY Buffalo, University of Texas at Dallas (Naveen Jindal School of Management), University of Colorado Denver

Could you guys please suggest any colleges that she has good chances to get into? We would also like to target 2 ambitious bets.

if she wants to study accounting at a school that is recruited by Big 4 and other respected firms she can try Appalachian State University in Boone NC. Strong program. Smaller school at 20,000. Good program for international students. State school with affordable tuition for out of state students. Firms recruit for Charlotte NC market which is large banking center. it is 2 hours from airport but town is small and pedestrian friendly with good transportation.

CU Denver!! But then again, I'm biased since I went to CU. Either way, CU is a fantastic school, well acknowledged, and a challenging program that is honored by any company. Can't go wrong!!

All comparable, I wouldn't choose CU denver though, it's competing with 3 other schools who have better recruiting in Colorado than CU denver…

Appalachian was the way to go in my mind. Best of luck!
