I am interested in pursuing a Massachusetts non-reporting CPA license.
I did an MBA, and I during this time I think I accumulated 5+ credit hours in accounting courses.
I believe that Massachusetts requires 21 semester hours of accounting at the graduate level, so I am quite short in hours of accounting study.
So I am thinking about taking Kaplan University’s online “Graduate Certificate in Accounting” (as I have a relative that works there so I can take the course for free).

I think this will give me 16 additional quarter credit hours towards the accounting requirement ?
Do you think that through this course I will meet Massachusetts’s requirements for semester hours of accounting ?
