Hello! I am currently working for a CPA firm in PA without my license yet (probably won’t get the license for another couple months). I have CPE requirements due by 12/31/18 due to the fact that my firm is licensed. However, in a couple weeks I am going to a new company, not a CPA firm and not CPA licensed. Does that mean all the requirements I had due by 12/31/18 are no longer required?

    Interesting question.
To my knowledge (in NY) just working for a CPA firm does not mean you a required to obtain any mandatory CPE.
In NY only CPA's, or EA's (as per IRS regs) are required to obtain CPE.

Do you have a link/source regarding your CPE requirements as a non-licensed individual?
This might be a firm requirement, but I'm not finding anything on the PA CPA website regarding CPA firm unlicensed employees being required to obtain CPE.

Update in case someone needs this info too:

After talking to my state board, I found the requirement was only because I worked for a licensed firm. Now that I’m leaving, that obligation is basically gone, and I’m back to not needing CPE for a year and a half.
