Hi All,

Any CMA’s, CGMA’s or both out there want to pitch me on which designation I should take up? I’ve been contemplating this decision for over a year. I’m not in a rush, but now that I’m in industry, I think it would be great to have. I’ve done a good amount of research for both. Personally, I want the CGMA because I like the exclusivity and partnership with the AICPA. However, when I talk to their reps, I’m not convinced it is worth it over the proven CMA path. Do some of you feel the same way? What swayed you either way?

I have my CGMA but i didnt have to take a test or anything. I will go for my CMA soon.
