Does anyone here work with Yardi accounting software. Let us connect here so we can discuss and share our knowledge on Yardi features.

I audited a client with approx 100 ish properties and they gave us read-only access to Yardi. We were able to run all sorts of reports, but that was a few years ago so i probably wouldn't be that helpful. But of all my clients over my time in Real Estate, Yardi is by far my favorite software to deal with.

I have used online Yardi version about 5 years ago. In my opinion, it is a fairly easy software to use in the real estate industry. The A/R section of the software was the most tricky part since it requires the proper actions to trigger certain type of events in the A/R ledger.
