Hi. I passed all 4 CPA exams, have 1 year experience in a small CPA firm( very small, 10 people). My dream job is to work from home. Is it even possible?

1) you are your own boss, then you can work anywhere you want
2) accounting is a client serving industry, unless you dont need to meet with clients, it is very unlikely because a lot of info we receive is confidential… if the info is mis-handle at your home, then you and your firm will be in trouble

I work remotely for a top accounting firm. It's possible if the company is flexible. I recommend you work in-office for a few years to build trust then request a remote schedule. Another option is to check out accountingfly.com . They often post remote accounting jobs. Good luck!
