I have a BA in Economics with a 2.4 GPA. However, I currently have a 3.8 in my Masters of Accounting program. Do you think my poor undergrad performance will overshadow my grad performance when it comes to getting a job?

Do you need to put your undergrad GPA on your resume? Why not just include the GPA from your masters program? Its more recent and more relevant.

Btw- I had a 2.4 undergrad GPA as well. I just didnt put my GPA on my resume.

I live in a small town so I don't know about Big 4 firms and such, but I can tell you that I have only been asked my GPA once and that was to apply for an NTS. I've mentioned my boss before who used to be a partner at PW and he has said on more than one occasion, that when he was interviewing candidates he would rather have the student who worked through college and had a lower GPA than to have the kid who never worked a day in his life and had a 4.0. Either way you can't change it so don't sweat it!
