When you pass, are you planning on finding a different job?

    It seems to me that beside trying to get a raise/promotion after passing the exam that some people here are planning on switching employers. I think in part the idea of having a greater opportunity for perhaps better/higher paying employment is something that keeps me motivated in this process.

    If that is exactly what you did and your still around this forum, how long before you started looking around? Was it before or after your last exam?
