QuickBooks attempts to download data from QuickBooks online servers in order to present information to the user. The script error appears, but no data can be downloaded. Solution: If an error occurs during the importation process

1. From the drop-down menu, choose “Internet Explorer.”
2. From the Tools menu, select Internet Options.
3. Hold down the Alt key on your console if you can’t find the table menu.
4. This will reveal the entire hidden menu.
5. Select it by clicking the “Advanced Tab” button.
6. Remove the popup that appears when there is a script error.
7. Finally, press the “OK” button.
