Hi I just wanted to get some peoples views what type of salaries would you consider as being underpaid as a accountant for someone with a CPA and 1-2 years experience taking into consideration the current economy.

I think there's too many variables (like what kind of experience, and what kind of responsibility is involved in the current position). I looked at some of your previous posts and I think you already know you're grossly underpaid but feel a great deal of loyalty to your employer. But do remember if you have a job you like sometimes its worth a compromised salary. If I were you I'd find a way to tell your boss that you like it there (assuming you do) but that you need a salary commensurate with your credentials.
