Hey guys and gals, I need some help!

I currently work in Audit at one of the Big 4. I interned a couple years ago and started this past fall. I did my Masters in Tax, but I applied for tax, but was offered in Audit and accepted the positon. I really enjoy audit, but part of me still wants to at least try tax. I was contacted by a tax manager and there a couple openings in her department. It’s in Global Employment Services, which I think is pretty similar to what I was initially interested in, international tax. I am going for lunch with her Monday to get some more information on it. Obviously I haven’t been offered the job, nor have I said i’m interested in it. I’m torn at the thought as I really enjoy audit, but want to use what I went to school for as well. I guess what I’d like to know is have any of you transfered between the two, and if you have, what tips would you have for me? Also, what questions should I be asking on Monday?

    Thanks in Advance

Ok, nobody wanted to answer that one, lets try an easier one:

If I were to switch, i'd basically be starting over. Do my hours for the CPA requirement start over as well, or can I pool them together?
